Fourth Grade Students Begin Recorder Karate Instruction

Do you love to play the recorder? We do too. 

Here are our school we follow the Recorder Karate method.

Each time we learn a new note, we get to 'test' for a karate belt. To pass the test we have to play a song, correctly and independently.

Correctly = no mistakes

Independently = by yourself, with no help from the music teacher

Right now, the 4th Graders are learning the song 'Hot Cross Buns'. 

We will be testing on Monday April 15.
