Today in Music Mrs. Schubert's homeroom class played the Boomwhackers.
Mrs. Schubert's students would you please tell the other students in our school what the boomwhackers are, what kind of sounds they make, how they look, and what we use them for?
Hey Northwoods Music Students! I had a great Spring Break.
I traveled to the mountains of North Carolina and visited a museum that had musical instruments from the 1800s.
Here is a picture of one of those instruments. It belongs to the percussion family. It's a called a Musical Ratchet.
You might see people play these at Soccer matches or football games. So what did you do over Spring Break? Click COMMENT and let us know what you were up to!
This year's Chorus Christmas Concert was a HUGE success! The students performed very well. The audience even joined in during the sing-a-long. We even had a surprise visit from Santa Claus.
GREAT JOB Chorus students! Miss Taylor was very proud!
