We are traveling to Japan today to check out two really cool brothers. They play a traditional instrument called the Shamisen. Their names are Ryoichiro and Kenichi Yoshida, but they are known as The Yoshida Brothers.

Each year our county participates in an Honors Chorus weekend. Each school get to bring their top five singers to the concert. Our representatives this year were Ahriah, Evan, and Elijah from 4th grade and Destiny and Alaina from 5th grade. Here is a video of them singing a song from their concert called 'May I Learn to be Silent'.
Chorus has begun for the Spring Semester! This will be the last Chorus for this School year. 3rd Grade Chorus meets on Mondays and 4th/5th Grade Chorus meets on Thursdays. If you are interested in joining this group, please see Miss Taylor in the Music Room.
